This role offers strong exposure to the full project lifecycle and is ideally suited to someone looking to develop into a well‑rounded Quantity Surveyor within a hands‑on environment. You will work closely with senior team members whilst gradually taking on increased responsibility across projects.

Responsibilities
* Assisting with cost planning and estimating from pre‑contract through to final account
* Supporting preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and cost reports
* Attending site meetings and supporting client interactions
* Assisting with contract administration and commercial project support
Qualifications
* Understanding of Quantity Surveying or construction fundamentals
* Previous experience within residential construction
* Keen to learn and develop within a close‑knit team
