About the Role:
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless compliance and efficient administration for a significant portfolio of UK entities. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing the comprehensive compliance diary, ensuring all statutory filings are completed promptly, and corporate records remain meticulously up-to-date.
* Preparing and filing annual confirmation statements and coordinating client reviews and approvals.
* Updating statutory registers based on client instructions.
* Informing clients of upcoming statutory deadlines, such as Annual Accounts due dates.
* Drafting Director's resolutions for annual accounts approval.
* Maintaining electronic corporate records using Diligent Entities.
* Drafting of relevant approvals for routine corporate changes (e.g., Director appointments, registered office changes) and arranging for the relevant filings to be made at Companies House.
* Handling the formation/incorporation of UK entities and drafting essential post-completion documentation.
* Contributing to revenue by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed work.
* Actively participating in business development, optimising administration processes, and maintaining precise records and databases.
* Developing and nurturing excellent relationships with clients, lawyers, global project managers, and new business providers.

Is This You?
We're looking for an individual who has:
* 3 years of experience as a UK company secretarial professional
* Strong time management, organisational, and planning skills, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of critical, compliance-focused tasks.
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills (both written and verbal), confidently engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
* A commercial and practical outlook, contributing to the business's success.
