Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer | Fife

Position: Quantity Surveyor
I’m currently working with a leading residential developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Fife.
With a strong pipeline of work across the East of Scotland, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-quality residential developments.
The Role:
* Managing project costs from inception through to final account
* Procurement and management of subcontractors
* Preparing valuations, cost reports, and CVRs
* Working closely with site and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Supporting commercial strategy across multiple live developments
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Experience within housebuilding or main contracting environments preferred
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
