We’re seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to join a leading cardiac medical device organisation, focused on Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Electrophysiology (EP).
This field-based role covers a defined territory in the UK & Ireland, combining strong commercial acumen with clinical expertise. You’ll be the key point of contact for both customers and internal teams — driving growth, providing in-theatre technical support, and delivering outstanding account service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage a defined regional sales territory, taking ownership of revenue goals, budgeting, and growth strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, EPs, and procurement teams
Provide clinical support during device implantations (BY, TY, CRT, ILR, CSP), including follow-ups
Collaborate with technical support and education teams for complex troubleshooting
Execute account plans, identify new business opportunities, and counter competitive threats
Deliver product demonstrations, organise events, and represent the company at national/international congresses
Prepare accurate forecasts, monitor sales performance, and implement corrective strategies as needed
What You Bring:
Background in Cardiac Physiology or related clinical/technical field
3+ years’ experience in cardiac device support, sales, or pacing therapy
Proven track record in sales or account management, ideally within medical devices
In-depth understanding of low/high voltage CRM systems and cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT)
Ability to manage multiple accounts, present effectively, and build strategic relationships
Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) and respond to customer needs with urgency
Full UK driving licence
Preferred (Not Essential):
IBHRE or HRUK certification in implantable cardiac devices or EP
Experience in a Cardiac Catheterisation Unit
Familiarity with NHS processes, theatre environments, and clinical pathways
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a key territory in a fast-moving, high-impact field. You’ll have autonomy, variety, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to both commercial success and patient outcomes.
