Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (Rye) Location: Rye, East Sussex Pay: £110 – £120 per day We are recruiting Cover Supervisors for secondary schools in Rye, providing essential classroom support and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. Key Responsibilities: Supervise KS3 and KS4 classes during teacher absence Deliver lesson instructions clearly and confidently Promote positive behaviour and respectful classroom conduct Monitor student progress during lessons and provide feedback Follow school safeguarding, behaviour, and attendance procedures Support pupils with varying learning needs Requirements: Previous experience in a secondary school or similar setting Calm, professional, and approachable manner Strong behaviour management skills Flexibility to work on a day-to-day or longer-term basis All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
