JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood has a requirement for a Company Representative to join the ENI team from mid March through to September. This would be a 4/4 rotation (12 hour shifts).

The role for a Heavy Lift Decommissioning Client vessel representative is required for the campaigns onboard Heavy Lift Vessels Rambiz and Gulliver commencing March 2026 through to September 2026. The CVR should have a good background on the project and the procedures to which the 48/29A Platforms will be prepared and removed.

Construction Vessel Representative. The CVR is the Lead Eni UK representative on board the Heavy Lift Vessels and the Eni UK single point of contact for QHSE and removal matters. He is accountable to, and reports back to the EPRD Package Manager onshore on all offshore related matters, emerging issues and areas of concern associated with the Hewett EPRD project on board his assigned vessel. The CVR will oversee the Contractor, Sub-Contractor and specialist suppliers in undertaking and executing their specific work package and scope assigned to the vessel.


RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor the EPRD Contractor to ensure compliance with legislation, procedures and industry practices.
* Work closely with Duty Holder OIM and MWS to ensure Contractors follow procedures and safe practices.
* Review the Daily Progress Report.
* Attend project safety meetings and the daily project meeting.
* Ensure that all relevant certification and audits are in date and that any close‑out actions from those audits have been carried out.
* Attend onboard safety meetings and operational meetings.
* Ensure that any issues raised during the HAZID/HIRA process or which are raised during safety meetings are closed out prior to the relevant phase of the work to which they refer is started or further progressed.
* Act as the focal point between Eni UK duty holder and the contractor particularly where the permit to work is concerned, for operational liaison and technical input from Eni UK duty holder.
* Inform the client's offshore and onshore management about progress and planning using DPRS and e‑mail/telephone updates.
* Monitor the work being carried out to ensure it is done safely and follows approved procedures.
* Act on behalf of Eni UK in the management of change process.
* Ensure that the appropriate accident/incident investigation and reporting procedures are followed.
* Act as the client focal point during any emergencies on board.
* Undertake a daily walk‑through operational areas to check on progress, local safety and tidiness; use this walkabout to discuss progress and any possibilities for improvements with the team on the job.
* Participate in the development of all SIMOPS documents to ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of decommissioning activities and their impact on adjacent work activities.
* When unable to attend a meeting, the client representative should delegate this to an assistant worksite representative.
* Keep a detailed diary covering the project activities offshore with reference to any specific messages, e‑mails or telephone conversations.
