You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop your career.**How you’ll help us make health happen**As a **Lead Cloud Platform Engineer**, you will:* Lead the design, build and evolution of cloud-based platforms and infrastructure* Set technical direction and support best practices for platform engineering* Ensure systems are secure, reliable and scalable* Drive automation and continuous improvement of platform services* Collaborate with engineering, security and operations teams* Support the delivery of applications by providing robust platform capabilities* Monitor performance and respond to incidents to maintain service quality* Coach and support other engineers, sharing knowledge and guidance* Ensure solutions align with internal standards and regulatory requirements**Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role**We’re looking for a **Lead Cloud Platform Engineer** who:* Has strong experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)* Demonstrates expertise in platform engineering, infrastructure and automation* Has experience leading or mentoring engineers* Is confident working with deployment, monitoring and configuration tools* Has knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell or similar)* Understands security, reliability and performance in cloud environments* Communicates clearly and works well with a range of stakeholders* Takes a proactive, solution-focused approach**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
