We’re working with a fast-growing, VC-backed B2B SaaS startup building an AI-powered compliance platform for digital health. Their mission is to radically reduce the time it takes for health-tech and AI products to meet critical regulatory and safety requirements — accelerating innovation while keeping patients safe.
The company has achieved strong early product-market fit, is already used by dozens of healthcare and health-tech organizations, and is scaling rapidly. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help define both the technical foundation and product direction.
The Role
This is a hands-on, founding-level engineering role focused on building and scaling the company’s AI stack end to end. You’ll work closely with the founders, take ownership of core systems, and ship production features that customers rely on daily.

What You’ll Do
* Own and scale core AI architecture, including agentic workflows, embeddings, and low-latency AI systems
* Build secure, reliable, and observable production infrastructure
* Design and maintain AI inference tooling, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring
* Work across the stack (backend, frontend, and AI DevOps)
* Collaborate closely with founders on technical direction, product strategy, and customer feedback
* Help shape early engineering culture, processes, and standards
What We’re Looking For
* Strong full-stack engineer with experience in fast-moving startup environments
* 2–3+ years building production systems (ideally B2B SaaS)
* At least 1 year working on a production AI product
* Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, and modern backend systems
* Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Firebase preferred)
* Strong bias toward agentic workflows, AI tooling, and automation
* Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and making independent decisions
* Bonus: experience in regulated or compliance-heavy domains (healthtech, fintech, security)
