Role: Diagnostics Product Management AssociateLocation: Burgess Hill (Hybrid 2 days/week) OR Remote for the right candidateSalary: £15.38 per hour (PAYE) OR £20.40 per hour (UMB) 12-month contract (likely to extend) - Inside IR35We're seeking a dynamic and organised Diagnostics Product Management Associate to support our global client's marketing team on a 12-month contract, with strong potential to extend.Working across a diverse portfolio of 500+ diagnostic products, you'll play a key role in supporting Product Managers, ensuring product availability, coordinating marketing activities, and helping to deliver product lifecycle and marketing projects.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a global business at the forefront of diagnostics and healthcare innovation.The Role:
* Provide day-to-day product and marketing support to Product Managers
* Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and events
* Manage product availability and support supply planning
* Track and report on marketing activity
* Assist with new product launches and trade show activities
* Build relationships with sales, technical teams, and customers
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal reporting
Candidate Profile:
* Strong organisation and administration skills
* Experience in marketing support, project coordination, product support or admin roles
* Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Proactive, problem-solving mindset and flexible approach
* Experience in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or pharma (advantageous but not essential)
* Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or Business (desirable but not required)
