We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Luxury Retail division and take ownership of a high-performing, design-led desk working with some of the most prestigious names in fashion, jewellery, watches, beauty, and lifestyle. You’ll work with high-profile luxury brands, sourcing and placing exceptional talent across head office, retail management, and specialist roles.
The role:
* Managing and growing relationships with premium and luxury brands
* Delivering end-to-end recruitment across retail & head office roles
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
* Identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier luxury talent
* Mentoring junior consultants and leading by example
* Driving revenue while delivering best-in-class service
About you:
* Proven recruitment experience (luxury retail highly desirable)
* Strong billing history and commercial mindset
* Confident working with senior stakeholders
* Consultative, relationship-led approach
* Passion for luxury, quality, and high standards
