You may be a Senior CRM Executive looking to take a step up into a manager role, or you may be in a similar role looking to join a brand making waves in the market. Furthermore you will be working with some of the industries most respected leaders, an incredible team to be a part of.
You will work closely with the Head of E-commerce and take full ownership over this space. The CRM Manager will manage the companies' customer marketing communications, through email campaigns, flows, SMS, referral and loyalty and be an integral part of the Marketing team.
Day to day in the position of CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Management of the global CRM strategy across email and SMS
2. Optimise customer lifetime value, boost acquisition and enhance retention
3. Continuously optimise and improve segmentation through analysing performance data and campaign results
4. Identify ways to improve email campaigns through A/B testing and flow/automation performance
5. Create and execute highly engaging and personalised email campaigns
6. Collaborate with product, trading and marketing teams on the planning and execution of new product launches
7. Own the launch of the customer loyalty scheme
