We are delighted to be partnering with a global, high-growth organisation on a newly created opportunity for an Associate Director, HR Operations (International).

The role is based from their Marlow office on a hybrid working pattern — 3 days per week in the office is essential. Candidates must be fully committed to regular in-office collaboration to build strong connections and work closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and optimise HR operations across multiple countries
* Oversee benefits and pension scheme management to ensure compliance and best practice
* Partner closely with local country managers and global HR teams
* Streamline onboarding, HR systems, and process improvements
* Line management of a small HR support team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Significant experience in international HR operations
* Strong knowledge of benefits and pension schemes across multiple regions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday)
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
* Prior experience in the pharma, biotech, or regulated industries is highly advantageous
