Location: Derby Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Salary: Dependent on experience Because our customers want real people, not AI, to solve real problems, PKF Infuse is committed to delivering IT support with a human touch. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Technician Apprentices to join our Helpdesk Team. The important work you will be doing: Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues, escalating where necessary Build and configure IT equipment for deployment Assist with new user setups and password resets Support workstation installations and basic network admin tasks Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation Contribute to a positive, people-first support experience The training and qualification you’ll receive: You’ll work towards the Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification, with the opportunity to specialise in: IT Support Technician Network Technician Digital Communications Technician The skills and qualities you’ll bring: A genuine interest in IT and technology Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to work well in a team and independently GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade B/6 or above) Why PKF Infuse?
