The role:
The client is looking for us provide an Earthworks Site Engineer to work on a civils project that is due to start imminently. We are looking for someone who is available to start soon. Your role as Site Engineer will be:
* Set up site dimensional control and maintain
* Establish effective systems to record work completed
* Setting out for the project
* GPS Machine Control
* Surveys including topo and volume, for as builts and QA
* Understand and assist in the implementation of site safety systems
* Ensure workforce and contractors understand setting out information
* Assist and prepare sketches for distribution on ensuring all teams understand the plans
* Preparation of as:builts
* Maintain the drawing register
* Provide Engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and queries are answered
About you:
* Circa 4:5 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Laptop
* Working knowledge of CAD
* HNC or equivalent qualification
* CSCS Card
* SSSTS or above and a First Aid would be beneficial but isnt essential
* Be able create and maintain detailed records of works on site
