Overview
Our client is one of the leading Equity Release businesses in the country and they are currently looking for an experienced ER broker to join the team.
This is a home/field based role covering the Colchester to Ipswich region and surrounding areas. Most appointments are remote with occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
Compensation
Starting salary from £38,000 base plus commissions and mileage at 45p per mile. All leads and appointments are provided. Continuous pay reviews up to a maximum of £70,000.
Key Responsibilities
Provide equity release solutions to clients throughout the Colchester‑to‑Ipswich area, primarily through remote appointments. Represent the company in the local market and generate sales.
Qualifications
Must be an experienced broker with ER1 or Cerer qualification, or a successful mortgage broker who has achieved the relevant qualifications.
