Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Essex (near Stansted) Salary: £50,000 Company Van & Fuel Card The Role • Full-time, site-based role overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects • Supervising electricians and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently • Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating work schedules • Inspecting electrical systems to ensure quality and compliance • Ensuring all works meet current safety and electrical regulations • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise • Providing technical guidance and support to engineers and operatives • Liaising directly with clients to ensure project requirements are achieved • Maintaining high standards of health & safety across all projects The Company • Established Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Essex • Delivering projects across London and the South East • Over 30 years of industry experience • Strong reputation for quality and repeat business • Growing team with consistent pipeline of work The Ideal Candidate • Proven supervisory experience within the electrical sector • Strong background in electrical maintenance and installation • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles • Experience ensuring compliance with current industry regulations and safety standards • Familiar with NIC EIC requirements • Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications • Strong organisational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively • Proactive and solutions-focused approach What You’ll Get • £50,000 per annum • Company van • Fuel card • Company pension • 28 days holiday including bank holidays • Full-time, permanent position Process • Apply for the job • Initial call to discuss the role • Submission to client if suitable and agreed • Client interview • Job offer if successful
