Overview
Due to continued growth, Hilti is seeking an exceptional face to face sales representative to join our supportive and dynamic team in our established and busy Hilti Store in Belfast. This role offers an exciting entry point to join an award-winning multinational and to lay the foundations of a highly successful and dynamic career. You will work Monday to Friday only and be responsible for a very consultative sales approach, maximizing sales opportunities and careful stock control. You will work closely with the field-based sales team, our tool repair workshops and our Customer and Credit Services teams to provide customers with outstanding service and deliver great results.

Responsibilities
* Deliver individual customer service and consultation, including hands-on demonstrations of products and services within our range
* Implement marketing campaigns with support from the marketing and branding teams
* Coordinate processes such as order entry, incoming goods, acceptance of repairs, inventory and cash management
* Develop existing customer relationships with regular follow-up calls
* Establish new relationships using strong social and customer service skills
* Note: the store operates Monday to Friday, offering the chance to develop your retail career without weekend work
What you need
* Previous retail (Team Lead or Supervisory level) or customer service experience is preferred
* Strong technical background with hands-on product experience if you lack direct retail experience
* Strong operational and sales skills
* Comfort using technology and systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office, internet proficiency)
* Full working rights in Northern Ireland
