Part-Time Manager Opportunity
About The Role
As a Part-time Manager at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
2. In the absence of other management, opening and closing the store and ensuring it trades safely and legally during your shift
3. Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
4. Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
5. Demonstrating Claire's products
6. Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge
7. Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
8. Providing ear piercing services (full training provided)
9. Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance

Qualifications - External
About You
* Some high school education required
* Minimum 1 year retail experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer skills
* Understanding of customer service importance
* Strong math and reading comprehension skills
* Ability to stand during shifts
* Ability to maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
* Ability to perform bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders and step stools
* Ability to operate POS system
