We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Glen Parva. You'll be at the heart of helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every order runs smoothly. If you've got a calm, professional manner and enjoy supporting people, this role is for you.
What you'll do
* Answer inbound sales calls and customer enquiries
* Respond to emails and live chat quickly and clearly
* Work with courier partners to resolve delivery queries
* Liaise with our Workshop and Dispatch teams to keep orders on track
What we're looking for
* 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
* A positive, calm, and polite approach
* Confident phone manner and strong written communication
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
* Google Cloud and Excel knowledge is a plus
* A driving licence is useful for evening hours and Bank Holiday shifts
