A very busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for an experienced Primary School Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. The role is to start as soon as possible and a long term role until Dec 2026 initially.
Your new role
The role will be working in a very busy office to provide admin and reception support. The role will be providing administration support such as inputting data into Bro and ParentPay. You will also be expected to cover a very busy reception when required. Therefore you must hold strong IT skills
Please note that this is a busy school and must be able to work under pressure.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level ofmunication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
