LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator!

We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Operations Administrator to support the park Food & Beverage team with their daily operation. This role is fast-paced and requires someone with the ability to multi-task and support in ensuring all F&B units within the park deliver to their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.



Shift opportunities include:



Full Time, Fully Flexible

Weekend Availability included



Hourly pay rate of £13.00 (rising 3% with minimum wage increase) per hour, plus fantastic benefits listed below...

What does this role entail?



A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Operations Administrator would include...



* Reporting into the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and supporting in the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly administration tasks
* Supporting the F&B Management Team with training documentation to ensure the team are safe and legal to work
* Conducting team briefings with the team, ensuring they are updated on all relevant information for the trading day
* Being on hand to make or receive calls, messages, and emails for the F&B department, and solving problems quickly and efficiently
* Accountable for the F&B inbox and responding to any queries or questions from employees
* Working closely with the F&B Management Team by reporting any absences, lateness, or sickness, and ensuring information is logged through the correct processes
* Assisting with the stock take process
* Completing financial trackers to ensure accurate financial reporting and sharing information in the correct manner



What is required for this role?

* Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Be a great communicator, both with the front line team and the management team
* Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
* Always be approachable, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and demonstrate a willingness to being a team player
* Experienced in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Previous experience in Administration or Food & Beverage
