Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a full‑service, multi‑disciplined marketing team for KCP UKI, including Brand, Customer, Channel & Performance Marketing members.
* Effectively manage team performance and build talent through a best‑in‑class recruitment, development and retention approach.
* Deliver the P&L for the UKI Professional business.
* Develop and execute 3‑year Strategic Business Plan (SBP) & 12‑month Annual Business Plan (ABP), collaborating with UKI Commercial and IFP Growth teams.
* Determine strategic priorities for the UKI market, brand & category focus, required innovation/renovation pathway and commercial program execution.
* Lead go‑to‑market optimization and channel/customer strategy development in conjunction with country sales leaders.
* Manage selection, ongoing relationship and annual performance of all marketing agencies.
* Maintain a close partnership with the Commercial Director, KCP to ensure integrated collaboration between Sales and Marketing teams.
* Actively visit strategic customers and channel partners to capture insights and adjust marketing programs.
* Co‑create, adopt and apply key business processes with IFP Central Marketing & Commercial Excellence teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
* Extensive marketing experience with a proven track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour.
* Proven team leadership with a strong focus on mentoring and coaching.
* P&L management experience.
* Diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities, translating them into business opportunities.
* Successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships.
* Demonstrated personal credibility through strong communication skills, achieving results, and building trusted relationships.
* Experience in a B2B environment.
Preferred
* Master’s / MBA with a concentration in Marketing.
* Sales experience.
