Configuration Management Specialist – Redhill (Hybrid)

Rapiscan Systems, a global leader in detection technology, is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Specialist to join the team in Redhill, Surrey. This role supports commercial and government programs, driving excellence in configuration and document management processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain global Configuration Management (CM) policies and procedures
* Facilitate FCA/PCAs, Engineering Change Orders, and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
* Ensure program compliance with Statements of Work (SOWs) and regulatory requirements
* Support documentation development, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Track baselines, program artifacts, and action items using CM tools
Qualifications & Skills
* 8+ years of CM experience across commercial and government environments
* Familiarity with software CM, ERP, PLM, and Microsoft Office tools
* Strong documentation, audit, and process tracking experience
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Proactive and collaborative, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
