About the salon
We are opening a new, modern beauty salon in Burton upon Trent, focused on high-quality, repeat-visit treatments in a professional but friendly environment. Our core services include nails, lashes, brows and skin treatments, with opportunities to specialise as the business grows.
We are currently building our founding team and are open to speaking with therapists at all stages of their career, from newly qualified to senior and specialist practitioners.
The role
We are looking for motivated beauty professionals who are passionate about delivering great treatments, building client relationships, and growing with a new business.
Depending on your skills and experience, your role may include some or all of the following:
Treatments (one or more of)
* Gel polish, BIAB / builder gel, basic nail services and infills
* Acrylic or gel extensions (desirable but not essential)
* Brow treatments (waxing, tinting, shaping, lamination)
* Lash treatments (lash lift & tint, classic lashes; volume desirable)
* Basic and advanced facials
* Other beauty treatments within your qualification scope
Specialists in areas such as SPMU, microblading, aesthetics or massage are also encouraged to apply.

* Qualified beauty therapist / nail technician / lash or brow technician
* Newly qualified candidates welcome (support and development available)
* Confident delivering treatments within your skillset
* Professional, reliable and client-focused
* Comfortable working to high standards and salon protocols
* Willingness to learn, improve and grow with the business
For more senior applicants:
* Ability to mentor junior therapists
* Strong client retention and rebooking habits
* Potential to take on senior or supervisory responsibilities
