We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Regional Engineer to join our Manchester site/area. You will provide support to CGL operational staff and clients in respects of all IT across central and Greater Manchester - covering an area from Crewe in the South and Morecambe in the North, from Wallasey in the West to Hyde in the East. (travelling outside this area may be required when necessary).

£35,220.59 - £39,891.91 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, Pro Rata if part time)
Responsibilities
* Query ITSM for outstanding tickets / workstreams.
* Network management.
* Trouble shooting and problem resolution.
* Hardware and software installation.
* System administration.
* User training and support.
* Asset management. Field surveys.
* Any IT industry professional qualifications desirable.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Use of own vehicle. Mileage allowance provided.
* Technical Proficiency: Laptop / Tablet / PC install and support skills - Dell + Lenovo hardware.
* Operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11; Android.
* Analytical Thinking: Diagnosis, repair and rebuilding and proven experience of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
* Cloud Services: Azure, Entra ID / Active Directory, Office 365.
* Networking: Install and removal of network equipment; Experience of Cisco, Meraki and Netgear equipment; Knowledge of IOS; Knowledge of network protocols - TCP/IP.
* Installation of WIFI Access Points (at height).
* Lan / Wan knowledge.
* Install of VOIP handsets.
* Time management: Ability to prioritise outstanding tickets.
* Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods of time using your initiative.
* To be proactive and assertive.
* Ability to stay overnight where/when required. To work unsociable hours where this would be deemed reasonable.
