This Lead Estimator role places you at the centre of a developing Cookstown team, pricing construction enquiries while supporting the day-to-day running of the estimating function. Alongside your own estimating responsibilities, you will guide team priorities and ensure enquiries are handled efficiently. Working closely with project staff and clients, this Construction Estimator position combines hands-on estimating with leadership responsibility, offering genuine progression opportunities as the office continues to grow.
