You will work closely with trading, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to deliver resilient, high-performance network solutions that directly support trading operations. Key responsibilities include: Owning and supporting the global enterprise and data centre network infrastructure Designing, implementing, and optimising Cisco ACI fabric–based network architectures Managing and securing perimeter and internal networks using Juniper SRX firewalls Designing and operating AWS Direct Connect and hybrid cloud connectivity (including Transit Gateways) Leading complex infrastructure projects across on-prem and cloud environments Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues Performing proactive monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and resilience testing Driving automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across the network estate What You’ll Need Essential / Must-Have Skills: Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting enterprise or large-scale network environments Hands-on, production experience with Cisco ACI Fabric (design, implementation, and operations) Strong expertise with Juniper SRX firewalls in complex, security-sensitive environments Proven experience designing and operating AWS Direct Connect and hybrid cloud networking Deep understanding of core networking technologies including BGP, OSPF, HSRP, spanning tree, VPNs, and dot1x Cisco CCNP (or equivalent) certification Desirable Experience: Experience in financial services, trading, or low-latency environments Cisco 9500/9300 series switches and enterprise routing platforms Cisco ISE and network security integration Infrastructure-as-Code and automation (Terraform or similar) Experience working in globally distributed, high-availability environments Personal Attributes Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Clear communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-expectation culture Interested?
