We’re working with a brilliant specialist school that supports children with a range of additional needs, from autism to communication differences. They’re looking for a caring graduate who loves getting stuck in, enjoys the Early Years buzz, and wants to grow into a confident SEN practitioner.

What you’ll be doing

1. Supporting children aged 3 to 5 with their learning, play, and daily routines

2. Creating warm, calm learning moments that help pupils feel safe and understood

3. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff

4. Helping with sensory activities, communication work, and structured play

5. Building trust with pupils who thrive on consistency and connection

What the school is looking for

6. A graduate with a background in education, psychology, childcare, social sciences, or similar

7. Someone patient, positive, and ready to learn

8. An interest in Early Years development and SEN

9. Great communication skills and a team-first attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
