The Role – Junior BIM / Building Services Engineer This Junior BIM Engineer position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and coordination skills within a busy building services design and delivery team. You will assist with the development of BIM models, support engineers with design coordination, and contribute to the technical documentation used throughout the construction process. Working closely with experienced engineers and project teams, you will gain exposure to live building services projects while developing expertise in BIM, Revit and modern construction coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and coordination of BIM models for building services projects Support the production and updating of drawings using Revit and AutoCAD Work alongside engineers and project teams to understand design and coordination requirements Assist with clash detection and coordination between building services disciplines Maintain drawing registers and model revisions throughout project stages Support the preparation of technical documentation and drawing packages Ensure models and drawings meet project and quality standards Assist with coordination meetings and design reviews Develop knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services systems Contribute to accurate and efficient design coordination to support project delivery About You Degree, diploma or qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, BIM, Construction Technology or similar Interest in developing a career in BIM modelling and building services engineering Some experience with Revit, AutoCAD or similar design software is advantageous Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work within a project team Motivated, organised and eager to develop technical engineering skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Keen to learn and progress within a building services engineering environment What’s on Offer Salary: Competitive salary DOE of £26,000 - £32,000 Benefits: • Company pension scheme • Health cash plan • Ongoing CPD and training • Structured career progression • Mentoring from experienced engineers • Long term career development within building services engineering Why Apply?
