We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at Priory Farm Estate. Set within a beautiful country estate, we offer a fresh and exciting take on breakfast and brunch. All dishes are made from scratch using high-quality, seasonal ingredients in our brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen.
Our chefs are at the heart of what we do, delivering consistently outstanding dishes that are both memorable and beautifully presented. The environment is busy and fast-paced, but also offers a healthy work-life balance.
With fixed rotas and no night shifts, this is a rare opportunity for chefs to enjoy structure and stability without compromising on professional standards, creativity, or the chance to fully use and develop their skills.
Hours of work
Thursday to Monday
8am to 4.30pm
Closed Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th December and New Year's Day.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as directed by kitchen management.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
* Help with stock rotation, labelling, and storage of ingredients.
* Ensure that ingredients are prepared in line with recipes and standards.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Requirements
* Experience as a Chef in a professional environment.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards.
* A flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changes in the workplace.
