Join to apply for the Admin Support, Admin Support role at Pilgrim's Europe. We are currently recruiting for an Admin Support based at our Craigavon site, a 5 day onsite working model. The Admin Support will upload material specifications onto a central database.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with Specification Technologists to identify specifications requiring upload.
* Type the specification information into the online system.
* Upload documents to be attached to the specification.
* Update specifications on the system as required.
* Report any validation errors or concerns with the specification.
* Track and report specification uploading.
Essential Criteria
* GCSE English, or equivalent
* Computer literate - familiar with Excel & Word, comfortable using computer systems.
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Logical approach
* Able to use initiative
Desirable Criteria
* Experience of working with specifications
* Interest in food manufacture
