This post is within the ICT Department that requires an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who responds positively to new challenges. The ICT Support Officer will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to a fast growing user base.

* Troubleshoot connectivity issues on the Local Area Network.
* Respond to enquiries from staff and provide assistance, advice and remote troubleshooting of computer system problems as required as part of the ICT Service Desk service, escalating issues when necessary.

The Trust actively seeks to recruit and appoint people currently under represented in the workforce. This includes women, people with disabilities, LGBT, and those from minority ethnic groups. All staff are encouraged and supported to learn Welsh. Please be sure to provide full contact details for all referees, including email addresses where possible. Failure to do so may result in significant delays in your application.

To work in the UK, all candidates who are not UK or Republic of Ireland (RoI) nationals require sponsorship to obtain either a Health and Care visa or Skilled Worker visa, unless you have permission to work via another route. Non‑UK/ RoI candidates wishing to apply should self‑assess the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship by visiting Work in the UK. If you are eligible for the Health and Care visa, application costs are lower and you do not need to pay the annual Immigration Health Surcharge.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
