Overview
As our PPC Manager, you’ll take full ownership of planning, implementing, and optimising paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Centre, Pinterest and LinkedIn. You’ll bring a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI and play a key role in shaping client strategies within a collaborative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with clients to onboard, manage and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Centre, Pinterest and LinkedIn
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
* Audit of existing campaigns, settings and tracking
* Develop and refine campaign structures, ad copy, and creative strategies
* Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets and bids, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs
* Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights for clients and the internal team
* Ensure product feeds are set up and optimised for platforms such as Google Merchant Centre and TikTok Shop
* Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to align paid campaigns with wider marketing objectives
* Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry trends
* Regular communication with clients to discuss performance
* Proactively plan for seasonal sales peaks

As a PPC Manager at Seodium, no two days are the same, but you can expect a mix of hands-on campaign management, strategy, and client communication. A typical day might include:
* Reviewing campaign dashboards first thing to monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs
* Making data-led adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to optimise ROI
* Researching keywords, testing new ad copy, and refining creatives for live campaigns
* Auditing client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement or new growth areas
* Setting up or updating product feeds in Google Merchant Centre or TikTok Shop
* Preparing reports that translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights
* Jumping on client calls or team meetings to discuss strategy, progress, or upcoming launches
* Collaborating with SEO, content, and development colleagues to align paid activity with wider marketing goals
* Keeping up to date with platform updates and brainstorming how new formats or tools could benefit clients
* Planning ahead for seasonal campaigns, promotions, or key client milestones
