Are you a confident communicator with a passion for driving results and building meaningful connections? We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join their team as Business Development and Sales Associate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work face-to-face with the public, representing leading UK charities, generating long-term support, and helping expand campaign reach through high-impact engagement in public venues.
About The Role
As a Business Development and Sales Associate, youll play a key part in growing awareness and donor engagement on behalf of respected non-profit organisations. Youll be based at branded event sitesincluding shopping centres, retail kiosks, and pop-up stallswhere you'll introduce the public to impactful charitable programmes and guide them through a simple, ethical sign-up process.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive donor acquisition by initiating engaging conversations with the public in high-traffic event locations.
* Present clear, compelling information about our clients partner charities and their missions.
* Promote long-term giving options with clarity, professionalism, and transparency.
* Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and meet daily or weekly KPIs.
* Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing event space aligned with brand standards.
* Collect valuable feedback and share insights to support campaign development.
* Adapt to different locations and shifting priorities with resilience and initiative.
Who You Are:
* A confident, articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Goal-driven and motivated by targets, with a positive, can-do mindset.
* Friendly, professional, and capable of building rapport with diverse audiences.
* Experience in business development, sales, fundraising, or customer service is a plusbut not essential.
* Interested in social impact and inspired by the opportunity to make a difference.
