Operating in over 25 cities across the UK and Sweden, we support over 1,000 educators daily—and we’re just getting started. The Role As Regional Manager for London, you will be responsible for driving the growth, performance, and profitability of our largest market. Leading a team of approximately 24 staff across Talent, Matching, and Client Success functions, you will ensure operational excellence and deliver outstanding business results. You will also play a key role in shaping Humly’s future by integrating acquisitions, scaling our presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a team of 24 staff, creating a high-performance and motivated culture. Own and drive the region’s P&L, ensuring financial targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to grow the region, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships. Build and maintain strong internal collaborations with Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimise marketplace growth. Onboard and retain new educators and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. Support acquisition integration and expansion initiatives in collaboration with the M&A team. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a key operational area to support cross-market alignment and standardisation Be an active member of Humly’s Level 2 management team, contributing to company-wide leadership and development. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in o perations, business management, consulting, or a high-growth tech environment. Proven leadership experience, including direct team management and ownership of P&L. Strong track record in driving business growth and leading through change. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to use analytics to inform and improve performance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organisation. Experience in the education sector or marketplace businesses is a plus. Why Join Us?
