* Draft and negotiate contracts, deeds and documents
* Provide high quality advice on a wide range of residential development matters
* Play an active role in business development
You
* 3+ years PQE
* Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision
* Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
* A commercial mindset
