This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in accessing education within a caring environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing tailored support to students with various learning disabilities
* Assisting with classroom activities, lesson delivery, and behaviour management
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
* Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
What you'll bring:
* Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable skills and qualifications:
* Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, or other communication tools xxuwjjq
* Relevant qualifications in education or health & social care
