REGISTERED GENERAL NURSE -NIGHT SHIFTS
SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED!!
Only UK based nurses!
1. Full-time, 42 hours per week
2. Night shifts 12-hour shifts, 8pm-8am
3. Pay rate starting at £21 per hour
4. Paid breaks
Location: East of London

This Care Home care for 89- residents, including those who require round the clock general nursing care and those who feel the impact of dementia on their daily lives, requiring specialist care.

ABOUT YOU:
17. An RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
18. You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
19. You will have excellent communication skills.
20. You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members,
21. You will have previous experience in motivating the team.
22. You must have a UK Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)
23. Active UK NMC PIN
24. Clear DBS And 2 satisfactory references
Duties
25. Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories.
26. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
27. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
28. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
29. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
30. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
31. Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
