We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. Responsibilities
* Reports to: Head of Netball and ultimately Director of Sport, Health and Fitness Purpose of Job: To deliver high quality netball coaching to pupils in the specific field required by the school in line with the scheme of work or Long-Term Athlete Development Model. Main Responsibilities:
* To work closely with the Head of Netball in inspiring pupils to play Netball across the School.
* Plan and deliver training sessions. Developing technical, tactical and life skills of the players/athletes that you are coaching.
* To ensure you are punctual for each coaching session and have set them up in advance, so that each session is ready to be delivered once pupils are fully prepared.
* Be a team manager for at least one team and supervise and manage players/athletes in competition. Including selecting the age group team that you are responsible for and notify everyone.
* To check that areas are suitable for each sports activity in accordance with good health and safety practice and maintain resources and equipment.
* To be the weekly point of contact, communicating with parents for the age group teams that you are responsible for.
* To publish team sheet details and other important information onto the School Sports website each week.

Pay: £23.17 per hour
