About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the payroll processes for a portfolio of clients across different sectors. You'll ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while providing a high standard of service and support to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and client-specific requirements
Handling queries and providing expert advice to clients and their employees
Managing pension contributions, statutory payments, and RTI submissions
Preparing reports and supporting payroll audits as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a payroll role with exposure to multiple client or multi-site payrolls
Strong understanding of current UK payroll legislation
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
