Duties ⦁ Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. ⦁ Recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. ⦁ Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. ⦁ Provide clients with comprehensive itineraries that include all necessary travel information. ⦁ Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and changes in travel regulations. ⦁ Handle any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. ⦁ Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best options for clients. ⦁ Promote special offers or packages that may enhance the client's travel experience. Qualifications ⦁ Previous experience in travel consulting or a related field is essential with 2 years' experience as a travel consultant. ⦁ Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. ⦁ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ⦁ Proficient in using computer systems for booking and managing travel arrangements. ⦁ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. ⦁ A passion for travel and exploring new destinations is essential.
