Key Responsibilities:
* Managing daily bookkeeping and account reconciliations
* Processing supplier invoices and payments
* Handling client money and maintaining compliance with industry regulations
* Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Assisting with payroll and staff expenses
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in accounts Estate Agency
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Competency with accounting software ( Xero,) and MS Excel
* AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)
