About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Epicor Systems Support Specialist to join a growing organisation on a 6‑month contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Epicor ERP environment, ensuring smooth performance across business operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys
problem‑solving, and has strong hands‑on experience with Epicor (preferably Epicor 10 or later).
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users across multiple business functions
2. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
3. Configure, test, and document system changes and enhancements
4. Support upgrades, patches, and module rollouts
5. Work closely with IT, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to optimise system performance
