We are proud to be working in partnership with a respected financial planning firm to recruit an experienced Paraplanner / Financial Adviser Support professional.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by preparing detailed financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring all client recommendations are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Support advisers by researching financial products including pensions, investments, and protection plans.
* Prepare suitability reports, client review documents, and financial planning summaries.
* Analyse client portfolios and assist in developing tailored financial recommendations.
* Communicate with product providers to obtain policy information and quotations.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure all work meets FCA compliance requirements.
* Stay informed about changes in financial legislation, taxation, and product developments.
* Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing adviser support team.
Skills and Qualifications
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards it) desirable.
* Proven experience within a paraplanning or financial advice support role.
* Solid understanding of financial products, investment principles, and tax considerations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software such as Intelliflo, Voyant, or Xplan.
