Senior team member position of around 40 hours per week, with wage plus tips paid weekly.
Overtime available if required, number of standard weekly hours negotiable dependent on candidates situation and requirements.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server stations
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and delivery
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Assisting with the training and development of junior staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
