About the Role: As a Kits Operative, you'll kickstart your journey in our Operations team, with the exciting potential to fast-track into our inspection team for those who shine! Your efforts will directly support our loan kit operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipments to our valued customers. Job Title: Kits Operative Location: Newbury, UK Payrate: £12.44 per hour Working Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: Receive and process returned kits, organising them by franchise and type. Perform accuracy checks and escalate any issues. Pick and prepare kits for shipment to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with the warehouse team and complete necessary documentation. Replenish loan kits, sealing and wrapping them for shipment. Conduct annual inventory checks and report any discrepancies. Support audits with documentation. Act as a guide for shuttling kits across operational areas.
