Hunter Adams are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR professional to join our client’s team as an HR Business Partner on a six month contract. This is a day-to-day, operational and generalist role, providing essential support to existing HRBPs while they focus on strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders and employees across various departments to address HR needs.
* Provide support with day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
* Manage employee leave and absence requests.
* Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Previous HR experience at Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level, ideally within a similar business environment along with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law is essential for this role.
This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking to fill the role as soon as possible.
