Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Halifax for a Panel Beater/Vehicle Paint Sprayer. The Vehicle Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater will be responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards. Daily tasks include colour matching, application of base coats, clear coats, panel beating and ensuring all painted surfaces are free of defects. The role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in vehicle paint spraying, including prepping, painting, and finishing
* Knowledge of techniques for colour matching and application of base and clear coats

* Attention to detail and ability to ensure all painted surfaces are free of defects
* Physical dexterity and ability to work with various tools and machinery
* Adherence to safety regulations and best practices in a workshop environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Relevant certifications or vocational training in automotive paint spraying is a plus
* Must be able to take responsibility for a full job from start to finish in both painting and panel beating
