Due to expansion, they are looking to grow the team, offering a brilliant opportunity for a process engineer to support the development of new production parts within rubber moulding. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and document manufacturing processes for rubber moulding and associated assembly operations. Support new product introduction by defining process parameters, workflows, and collaborating on tooling and feasibility. Apply technical expertise across moulding methods, material testing, bonding processes, and tooling development. Provide production support by troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth process handovers. Manage projects and quality requirements, ensuring products meet safety, performance, and customer standards.Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Knowledge of injection, compression, or transfer moulding (experience across multiple methods preferred).
