Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for a Senior Client Programme Manager to join their Bristol or Edinburgh office. The role involves working closely with the Head of Client Programme to support the firm’s Markets strategy by driving forward three key strategic client development work streams.
The Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the Key Account Management (KAM) programme across the firm
* Manage a portfolio of key clients, developing strategic account plans and driving client growth and cross-selling opportunities
* Facilitate regular, focused client and internal meetings to share insights, identify opportunities, and coordinate client development activity
* Build and embed a KAM toolkit and structured best-practice framework in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants
* Establish consistent account management standards, reporting processes, and KPI tracking, supported by enhanced CRM systems
* Lead the Client Listening programme, improving the volume, quality, and use of client feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Partner on and deliver a firm-wide CX improvement plan, embedding best practice across the client journey and integrating it into day-to-day operations

* Strong influencing, communication, and facilitation skills, with the credibility to challenge senior stakeholders and drive change.
* Proven track record of delivering client programmes, managing processes, and implementing change, ideally within professional services.
* Confident, proactive, and resilient, able to instil trust, prioritise effectively, and adapt in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
* Flexible with excellent time management, capable of overcoming challenges and maintaining focus despite setbacks.
